Yesterday I learned how to make a Bûche de Noël (Holiday Yule Log) with Eric Bedoucha, Executive Pastry Chef and owner of Financier Patisserie in New York City. It was a fun (and delicious) way to get into the holiday spirit! Happy Holidays to all!
